“Delivery on website said 1 to 2 days. Could have had free delivery with Amazon but was too long delivery. It finally arrived 8 days after ordering. Apparently it also states extra days are needed for personalising. SUPPLIER PLEASE NOTE parcel was left on front doorstep in full view. However, birthday boy loves his present and happy with quality.”

“Awful customer service. Flags arrived later than the stated time therefore we couldn’t use them. (plus it says 2 days on the website, which I’ve seen a few people have been caught out by) I tried to contact customer services however they were extremely unhelpful and rude and have now stopped answering my emails. I will not be ordering from them again and I urge everyone else to do the same as if you have an issue they are unwilling to sort it for you.”
