“I placed an order for customised bed set. The fabric used for the bed set was disappointing and I was expecting a cotton textile not the one I received which is of bad quality. This is the only negative point”

“Very disappointed in the time it took to arrive I was promised it would be delivered Saturday and it arrived today! I needed it for a birthday gift on Saturday for a party. The item is very disappointing as the faces on the picture have been chopped in half. I have attached a picture. Very very disappointed in general.”

“Absolute awful experience. From ordering to delivery. Communication/ Customer service is non existent. Emails not answered. Misleading info on website. Ordered well in advance for honeymoon gift, and received to late after event. Requested refund and ignored. Would never waste my time again.”

“Delivery on website said 1 to 2 days. Could have had free delivery with Amazon but was too long delivery. It finally arrived 8 days after ordering. Apparently it also states extra days are needed for personalising. SUPPLIER PLEASE NOTE parcel was left on front doorstep in full view. However, birthday boy loves his present and happy with quality.”
