“I was given a cabin which was so noisy with the ships engine noise that I could not sleep my husband is deaf so it did not disturb him I was given alternative cabins all which had serious problems obviously all vacant because of their issues. I wrote to cruise maritime and also yourselves. I had back a reply from cruise maritime which had been manipulated to make out I was (obviously a poor sleeper) My holiday was completely destroyed and took a long time to recover from my (holiday) Your company completely ignored my letter which was very disappointing. “Cruise Direct made me very happy from the first time I made contact with them. Absolute professionalism was shown throughout. Jamie provided me with lots of permutations re holiday ideas and once I had decided which one to choose, the work was done for me. The holiday was absolutely fabulous. “Thank you for the Sales Manager, Mr Jamie Harris who took prompt action in resolving the discrepancy arising from my booking balance on 26 June 2016. Also, many thanks for the great efforts from Miss Kristy who has maintained close contact with me regarding this matter. They have displayed their zeal and enthusiasm in their owrk. I would like to appreciate the great effort from Miss Hannah Callaghan and Jocelyn Kinnie as they were very polite and friendly when handling with my booking recently. They have demonstrated their professionalism in the work. Besides, Cruise Direct offers credit voucher to its customers which is very attractive. In veiw of the above, I would grade Cruise Direct is one of the best travel agencies despite some of the other travel agencies have offered similar discount to me. In fact, I have introduced Cruise Direct to my friends and guests whom I met in the cruises. I wish Cruise Direct every success in the future.”
