“Saw the cruise we wanted offered at a good price. Started booking online which was easy but then telephoned instead. Got through to Heidi who was professional, helpful and very friendly. She gave me a phone number so that I could ring her back and when I rang back she booked it all for me. Followed up by emails and a courtesy phone call. Perfect!”

“We booked our last cruise with you via Rob in Barrow and have been back to book again with him this morning. He is approachable by phone or in person at the office and does his best to accommodate you. He's very friendly & professional and we trust that he always does his best to get us the best cruise and cabin at the best price,we will definitely book through Rob at Cruise Direct again.”

“Having spent a whole frustrating day trying to find, choose and book a holiday this autumn for my wife and I, like manna from heaven we received a text message from Cruise Direct re a perfect cruise at a great price. On phoning I was cordially greeted by Lucy who proceeded to advise and eventually find the very best deal to fit our particular requirements. She was obviously really pleased to find the best deal for us as regards price, cabin grade and position which came over through her voice. I feel I made a friend. Thank you Lucy”

“I was given a cabin which was so noisy with the ships engine noise that I could not sleep my husband is deaf so it did not disturb him I was given alternative cabins all which had serious problems obviously all vacant because of their issues. I wrote to cruise maritime and also yourselves. I had back a reply from cruise maritime which had been manipulated to make out I was (obviously a poor sleeper) My holiday was completely destroyed and took a long time to recover from my (holiday) Your company completely ignored my letter which was very disappointing. “Cruise Direct made me very happy from the first time I made contact with them. Absolute professionalism was shown throughout. Jamie provided me with lots of permutations re holiday ideas and once I had decided which one to choose, the work was done for me. The holiday was absolutely fabulous. There would be no hesitation in booking with Cruise Direct again. A big thank you to you all.”
