“the cabin was excellent, the staff were all very friendly and efficient, all the meals were very good. we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the entertainment was also very good with a good selection. we have already booked our next cruise for next year, same cabin and are looking forward to it.”

“late payment of cruise to Disney delaying our ability to book online activities with cruise. error in payments requiring duplicate payments and credit card fees from myself. error in cruise parking booking.”

“We had a medical emergency which prevented us from getting to the shop on time . All the staff were amazing and did everything possible for us to the join the ship a couple of days later . Jamie was amazing, he is a valuable asset to the team . Thankyou”
