“I would like to inform everyone not to book through cruise 118, I booked a cruise for 2022 and paid £400 deposit unfortunately my husband has been made unemployed due to COVID and the company refused to pay back my deposit, so they have received £400 from me is like robbery So watch who you book through”

Dear Allan Thank you for your review. We are customer-focused company feedback whether good or bad is extremely important to us, as it is only on the receipt of information such as this we can assess and improve the services that we offer. When making a cruise booking the cruise lines insist that a deposit be taken to confirm your reservation. Unfortunately, deposits are not refundable as per the cruise lines terms and conditions. May I add that all travel agents, as well as direct bookings made with the cruise lines, would insist this charge be made, Cruise118 do have cancellation charges of their own I am glad to see that we did not charge these due to the circumstances. “The concierge dealing with our booking was Daniel Norris. I have to say it was such a pleasure to discuss our requirement with such a polite, patient young man. Daniel went above and beyond our expectations to ensure our exact criteria was met. Nothing was too much for Daniel to answer; if we could not get an answer at this early booking stage then Daniel committed himself to find out when he had the information in hand. Overall a very positive experience which is not my normal comment when dealing with other sales person. Daniel even managed to convince me by spending a little over my budget, we would gain so much more out of the cruise. Thankyou Daniel, it was a pleasure to deal with you. “After the first agent failed to call me back on the agreed day/time I had to chase it. However a agent called me within minutes of chasing the call and John was lovely and extremely helpful talking everything through with us (as virgin cruisers) & giving us peace of mind so we went ahead and booked . Now I can’t wait to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary Thanks”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Pauline was amazing, totally professional and helped us every step of the way. We had used cruise118 previously for a booking pre-covid which had to be cancelled and again, cruise118 was fantastic, the money was back in my bank within 48 hours! Far quicker than another company which took 3 months. I would totally recommend cruise118.”
