“I booked a P&O cruise through Cruise 118. Unfortunately, the cruise has been cancelled (COVID related) and Kirsty Simpson has been dealing with the cancellation and transferring the credit to a new cruise for next year. She has been brilliant, dealing with various people from P&O, keeping me updated and looking at different cruises that would be suitable. Kirsty has been so calming and understanding. All my dealing with Cruise 118 and their staff have been excellent and would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them in the future. Thank Kirsty and Chris.”

“Cruise118 are the only cruise agent I would book my holidays with, they are professional, reliable and very polite easy to talk to so helpful at all times. I have booked a few times now with them always having Hannah Bayley to help me book my cruise, she is the most attentive caring person and will do everything she can to make sure you have all you want and need for your cruise. I highly recommend Cruise118 and if you are lucky enough to have Hannah help you choose and book your holiday.. the whole experience will be easy sailing!”

“I can only add to my previous reviews left for Cruise 118 that they are totally professional and most defiantly genuinely caring towards their customers. I always use the same agent Hannah Bayley she is not only the best but an exceptionally nice young lady, she never lets you down very easy to talk to.. she will go past her hours of work to make sure she has dealt with your questions. An amazing company who I highly recommend especially if you are lucky enough to have Hannah book your cruise.”

“Booking the cruise was simple and the lady that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The only issue that I have with this company is that they advertise cruise deals at lower prices than their competitors but when you contact them it transpires that they offer the same pricing as all the other cruise agents.”

May I add that our website is not live we always aim to advertise the best lead in fare which is usually the lowest grade. We use a third-party company to update our website as per the latest prices that the cruise lines advertise from their live websites/booking systems. As I am sure you will appreciate fares can and do fluctuate hourly especially now due to increasing high demand, unfortunately, it is sometimes the case that we can not update our website quickly enough to keep up with the increase in pricing. My explanation also applies to any marketing that is sent.
