“Paula Molloy was excellent, I spoke to her before the cruise went on sail, she phoned me on the day just before the cruise I was interested in was released. Everything was sorted out very efficiently and our cruise for next year soon got booked. So 🤞🤞it will all be plain sailing next year. 👍😀”

“Reide Silcock was absolutely fantastic. We had an issue with upgrading our cabin and despite MSC proving to be very difficult he went above and beyond to make sure we got an upgrade. He called when he said he would and constantly kept us updated. He has ensured that I return to cruise 118 for my next cruise holiday. Reide is an asset to the company and has made our holiday that little bit more special. Thank you!”
