I would have given 5 stars originally as our rep was brilliant and everything got booked. But a couple days later having found out that our 3rd cabin on ocean view was not available after all being booked and deposit paid, is very disappointing. Apparently not the fault of the rep but the fault with P & O live availability etc.
We’ve been offered to book inside and balcony. We don’t want inside as could have booked that before. Now some of us will be having to pay more for the balcony as the rest of us will be in ocean view.
Very very disappointing.
