“I spoke to Paula Malloy. She was excellent! I'm a lady in a wheelchair and so required a fully accessible cabin. I had marked down several possible cruises from southampton and she patiently went through each one. Paula eventually found an accessible cabin and a perfect cruise for us. She was a delight and we would like to thank her. We will definitely book with her again. From Lyn and Shaun Charles.”

“Given the current turmoil around the cruise industry because of Covid-19 and the demands being placed on the booking companies by passengers, my recent interaction with Cruise118 was like a breath of fresh air.
