“I have today booked a cruise for eleven family members, four superior balcony cabins on P&O Ventura. The sales concierge Rebecca Rimmer got the best possible price and the cabins situated on the perfect deck. Thank you Rebecca, you went over and above to get us the right cruise, nothing was too much trouble.”

“Helen Conway was superb in helping us (my elderly mother & myself) book our cruise, she kindly guided us through everything. Helen sorted out the cabin for us the 1st one she thought unsuitable for us as it was near a nightclub so she found us another one which was perfect. To say we were impressed with how professional she was is an understatement and she is a credit to Cruise118.”

“I have booked two cruise holidays recently with Cruise118.com for 5 people. I had some hiccups in my first booking regarding on board credit by the Sales person but it is now nearly resolved by the Senior Customer Relations officer therefore I booked a second cruise holiday with Cruise118.com and the sales officer Victoria Dimmock helped us with any questions we had with our booking. Victoria is an asset to the company. She is very friendly, helpful, experienced and efficient. Please keep up this good work. Best wishes”

“We have booked a cruise with you before and have not had any problems. However, you have just notified me of a change of booking from P&O, but I cannot find the change. Perhaps when notifying a change you could advise the change rather that the customer having to hunt for it. Thank you.”

“I have used Cruise118.com on a number of occasions and always been very satisfied. I recently called to obtain a competitive quote for a cruise in Jan 23 on board a Holland America cruise ship (We have cruised a number of times with Holland America and never had any cause to complain). On this occasion the Cruise 118 representative at the end of the telephone line was a very pleasant young lady called Stacey Green. We discussed our requirements and within minuets she produced a very competitive quote which included cabin details, flights, hotels pre and post cruise and transfers. Tracey suggested she hold the quoted cabin for 24 hrs to allow us to make a decision, I emailed her that evening at 8 pm with changes I wanted to make, she responded within a few hours and by the following morning I confirmed our booking, fantastic service. This is the type of service one expects but never receives, thats unless you consider allowing Cruise 118 to quote”
