First box and full of surprises And then it’s becoming a talking point as I find out that others are members. Looking forward to my second box. Magazine is great and some proper reads.

I'm a new member having only just joined and received my first box - I joined on impulse as a treat to myself and I felt like a child on Christmas morning as I opened my box of goodies! I love the contents and even the magazine is very interesting with the history of the distillery and all the yummy recipes which I can't wait to try!

I have always been a gin drinker, but earlier this year l developed more of a taste for wine. Seeing the adds for the gin club, l thought there is no long term commitment, you can opt out any time, let’s give it ago. I opted for the quarterly delivery, my August box arrived on Tuesday, it was extremely well packaged and was blown away with the value for money. The gin was amazing as were all the extras that came with it, l was so impressed l went on line and changed my delivery to monthly. In the 3 days that l have had it. I have referred my daughter and her friend & will be recommended other friends too. Thank you Gin Club, you have restored my love for Gin.

Absolutely amazing! The quality of all products is outstanding, the detail and thought in the box is stand out. It’s a premium subscription but well worth the money. I’m a member for life 😁

Never got my aug box seems hermes lost it Contactd customer service they honestly didn't seem to care about loosing a member responses were like talking to a robot and pretty standard

Well, it was fun while it lasted You're only as good as your weakest leak, which means Craft Gin Club is as bad a Hermes. Hermes lost my parcel (obviously) So they told me that they would send another via Royal Mail. This also didn't happen nd they are now ignoring my emails. My advice to anyone considering joining is a big no. They have ruined their business

I have been a member now for over 2 years. So instead of receiving my lovely box at the beginning of the month.....as the song goes by Diana Ross 'Im still waiting. Must be on a slow boat from China. In there wisdom they, that is Craft Gin Club decided that the Royal Mail obviously was'nt good enough, so they then jumped into the frying pan by using Hermes.....yes those guys that really look after your parcels by tossing them into the back of the van, without a care in the world as to how they will arrive. Also poor response with trying to communicate with them to find out what the hell is going on...If it is down to money then that is really sad as they have P*ssed alot of customer off and the comments on Instagram will not do them any favours. So John and Jon and the the dragons den investor, what are you going to do about it.If i could have scored no stars i would have.

First time with Hermes a total fail,was told delivery would take place last Thursday and tracking shows it was delivered. Imagine my disappointment when arriving home from to no gin box( despite confirmed safe place). Tracking now shows in depot since last Friday which to this day it remains. Unable to contact Hermes,sent two emails to Craft club and informed a member will look into it but very busy. Bring back Royal Mail.

Order hasn't arrived twice now. Had huge issues receiving a refund. Explained my situation due to living on an army Barracks. They couldn't have cared less. Terrible to see how the corces community is treated by this company. Shambles

Partner bought me a years gift subscription, a bottle every 2 months. Today that subscription concluded with the arrival of a Scottish Citrus Gin. Another remarkable product that includes complimentary tonics tailored to get the maximum enjoyment out of the main event. Today I begin my own subscription where I have opted for a bottle a month as I was always jealous of what I was missing out on the months I had no bottle arriving !! Literally the best subscription service available in my opinion; especially when you bolt on the member perks and rewards scheme.

Hi all.... A returning customer...! I was a member of the Craft Gin Club last year but cancelled my subscription due to 2 parcels going missing whilst using Royal Mail. I can’t fault Craft Gin Club because as soon as I reported not receiving my box they asked if I would mind waiting a couple more days just in case it was delayed and then they sent out a replacement. I missed not being a member purely because I think it is great to receive a parcel with a surprise inside no matter what age you are.! So I’m back to a monthly subscription. I’m so pleased with the website too. On line shop with members perks and the points scheme is a great idea. I personally think the club has improved so much. Craft Gin Club, you have now got back one very happy member and thank you. Keep up the good work and please stay safe.. 🍸

I love the element of surprise when receiving my monthly box. Everything is so well thought out. You can try the ideas, cocktails and mixes straight away as the package supports this. The gins have never disappointed me ... They are smooth and lend themselves to being a simple G & T, or the superb cocktail if this is what pleases you.

No Customer service if something goes wrong. My parcel has been lost with the couriers, ive tried e mailing and facebook messages, just to be ignored, now going for CC chargeback. no phone number which is a shame. this is now 2 weeks from charge of card.

No way to contact i think ill try to get my money back and forget it it was my first box and contained no GIN WAY TO GO!! Dont help its written all over the box so hermes know whats inside any wonder there was no gin inside!!

Nervous about Hermes becoming the delivery service (Royal Mail never an issue) and proved correct. Box came with smashed Gin bottle and smashed mixers. Cut my hand opening the box. Hermes have taken the box away and I have struggled to find a way of contacting Craft Gin. There's also no live chat or phone like advertised on this site for contacting them so I have no idea how to get a replacement box.

The only communication you can have is email!! There is no phone number and even when I asked them to call me they stick to email. I’ve tried to change the details of a gift purchase I made for my brother who has since deceased and it is taking ages (over a week!) and distressing.

I was so excited when my first box arrived. A birthday gift to myself. I was very happy with all the contents and am enjoying trying out the cocktails in the magazine. Have now upgraded to bi monthly. Don't think I can wait 3 months. Thank you.

OMG - loved the gin! Great service arrived quickly, the additional products a surprise too. I really love this concept and I am looking forward to the next box already, for the additional treats as much as the gin itself. On registering I forgot to say I was referred by a friend, you fixed this so easily too - fabulous customer service.
