“I used to love receiving my monthly box but I feel like the quality of the extras has gone down yet the price has increased. I've been a customer for over 3 years so I think it would be nice if the rewards program was better, you only offer Money of vouchers in the online shop now as you used to be able to use them off a box . I think you should reward your customers better considering the amount of money spent”

“The Craft Gin Club is a great club to be in, they send a gin (and now rum) box every month/bi-monthly/quarterly depending on your membership, and it's a great selection of a 70cl bottle of gin/rum, snacks, tonics, mixers, a magazine with all the recipes you could ever need, and sometimes a miniature or an alchoholic mixer like cider. Great value for money and also their customer service team is really the best.”
