Order hasn't arrived twice now. Had huge issues receiving a refund. Explained my situation due to living on an army Barracks. They couldn't have cared less. Terrible to see how the corces community is treated by this company. Shambles

No Customer service if something goes wrong. My parcel has been lost with the couriers, ive tried e mailing and facebook messages, just to be ignored, now going for CC chargeback. no phone number which is a shame. this is now 2 weeks from charge of card.

No way to contact i think ill try to get my money back and forget it it was my first box and contained no GIN WAY TO GO!! Dont help its written all over the box so hermes know whats inside any wonder there was no gin inside!!

Nervous about Hermes becoming the delivery service (Royal Mail never an issue) and proved correct. Box came with smashed Gin bottle and smashed mixers. Cut my hand opening the box. Hermes have taken the box away and I have struggled to find a way of contacting Craft Gin. There's also no live chat or phone like advertised on this site for contacting them so I have no idea how to get a replacement box.

The only communication you can have is email!! There is no phone number and even when I asked them to call me they stick to email. I’ve tried to change the details of a gift purchase I made for my brother who has since deceased and it is taking ages (over a week!) and distressing.

First box arrived, 2nd didn't. Numerous e-mails and phone calls eventually accepted just a bottle of Gin without the extras for a discount. Refund never arrived. More phone calls resulted in "forgot to push the refund button". Terrible customer service.

I made a order early u but u kept saying my card didnt work so thought u didnt take the money but checked my bank early and you took the money out

If i could give 0 stars i would . I asked to pause till march !! But yet they STOLE £40 off me middle of Dec ! . I dont know about anyone else but £40 in December is alot of money. I asjed in November to pause till march as im away . But no they are still taking money !!!! I will tell my bank so they can block it . ...buy your gin in the supermarket is the best way . Companies like this just rip off the consumer. ...... so angry

It says you receive your first box in the first week of the month. I ordered the July box in June & it is the 11th July today but I have not received it. I got a text last week to say I would have it by Friday 5th July but I’ve heard nothing since regarding my order.

This is the biggest gimmick I've ever signed up for. I have contacted the company 4 times and received nothing back. I presume it is because I want to withdraw from my subscription however they keep taking my money and sending me gin I do not want!!! Customer service is amazing until you want to leave absolute scam!

How bazaar - I also never received my December box or the replacement how very strange that more than one of us failed to receive either - I was also promised a subsequent gin as a good will gesture - ummm !! Won’t hold my breath ! I have also cancelled my membership as unreliable ! No telephone contact available to contact them - very dissapointed ex - member

Did not receive my December gin although payment was taken in November. Promised a replacement that also never appeared and understand that the December gin is now unavailable. Waiting a refund and will be cancelling my membership. Also very frustrating to hear that people who subscribed for the December box have received not one but two!

20 days and two requests later and still no delivery. Painfully slow response to any communication. Very disappointing guys! Will be changing to another company.

First gin box arrived,syrup had gone everywhere.it happens, But I cannot accept bad service,over a week has passed,was told a replacement was being sent. This went over my carpet,my blouse. If I had had good customer service and a bit of empathy I would not be writing this and cancelling my membership. Customer service is as important as the contents & so frustrating when you cannot get it sorted or speak to anyone,

Placed an order and yes I made an error but emailed straight away trying to change it. No response. Messaged on facebook, got a response but not anything about what I had asked. You have taken my money in December even though you won't be delivering anything until January. I have now asked for everything to be cancelled and a refund due to your lack of communication.

My December Gin box has not turned up. Have tried using the RM tracking number but it says it has not been sent yet. Not happy about this

No customer services.No reply to emails.One item had gone over me ,my carpet. when unpacking.Over some of the order. No response apart from we have got your message. I have sent another message cancelling see what happens with that. It is so frustrating when know one responds. Spoilt the whole present for my husband.
