“First time used and the staff were very helpful on the phone. A slight worry when they called on the day of the job to say a driver had called in sick, but this was quickly resolved and confirmations sent through. The job was successful and completed in the time given. No complaints.”

“Excellent experience from booking via phone to delivery of goods. Courier arrived on time despite the weather and traffic conditions being terrible that day. All my instructions was carried out - the driver had all details Tracked and progress report. Courier was prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend and use again”

“I have used Courier Expert several times in the last month, I was very impressed by the customer service and computer updates. I decide to use Courier Expert more frequently and so set up an account. However as soon as I did this, I was given a 15% price increase. I had found Courier Expert to be competitive to other couriers we had used but now I cannot justify the extra cost.”

“The office staff were very helpful and did their very best to make sure that this very urgent parcel got to London. The driver wasn't quite as timely as we were expecting and really struggled to find / stop at the practice, which is not that easy to manage but he did seem to make a bit of a meal out of it! However, all in all I was impressed with the service, the parcel got to the destination just in time and I would use the service again.”

“The courier arrive late. We had to phone the courier to find out where he was. He was sat across the road from the office in a car park and was expecting us to take the parcel to him.”

“Very courteous telephone manner. Quick quotation. Highly competent and organized. Speedy pick up of goods. Informed me of the ETA througout the journey. The driver was cheerful and extremly polite- a credit to his company. Driver went the extra mile to wait at the delivery address for several hours and the waiting charge was very reasonable. Very competive pricing. Courier Expert is a very easy and transparent company to deal with. I could not recommend this Courier Expert enough and I will be using them again.”

“Great service. Very professional and friendly service when obtaining quote and paying for courier. Pick up time as quoted, no issues with delivery and delivered within 30 mins of quoted earliest time. The delivery was reported to me by your email service before the recipient had chance to telephone me and tell me it had arrived. I would certainly use your company again.”
