“The only complaint I have is that you charge a customer 10p a minute to call you to arrange a collection and delivery. I do not know of any other business that charges customers to call them. Otherwise the service is excellent.”

“We had an urgent requirement to ship a number of packages within a 4 hour window. The driver arrived to collect within 5 minutes of the opening collection time and delivered within the 4 hour time slot over a distance of 140 miles. Great service. Would use again.”

“Told booking agent needed to get package to Rainham by 4.30 as office shuts at 5. Explained same to driver who collected it after 1.30. Driver said it would be there by 4.00pm . For some unexplained reason driver decided to cross the Thames via the Woolwhich Ferry - why ? What possible benefit was that to him or my package? There are various crossing points and the Dartford Tunnel. Driver had to be contacted several times by you - he eventually arrived after 5.30 and left the package at the next door shop.! Nothing short of poor service in my view. This demands a refund.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Collection driver rang as requested to let us know our parcel had been picked up. Every step of the we were kept informed by email. The parcel was delivered to us on time, in perfect condition and by Thomas Dawson a very polite and friendly guy. What more could you ask for and if the opportunity arises we will certainly use your services again.”

“I was very satisfied with the whole process from arranging collection to delivery. The person I dealt with on the phone was most pleasant and polite. Although collection was scheduled for 8-30am the courier contacted me to ask if he could pick up the parcels the night before. I was happy to agree and he came about 9pm as arranged. I received an e-mail to confirm that the parcels had been delivered which was reassuring. I would use the service again without hesitation.”

“Like me, I am sure most people use this same day courier service in an emergency situation. I have to say that Courier Expert exceeded expectations. I really appreciated how I was kept up to date with 1) when the driver had been allocated, 2) when the goods had been picked up and 3) when they were delivered. The package arrived in good time and it was all round an incredibly positive experience. Would definitely use them again. The chap on the phone who organised everything was also very polite and helpful.”
