“It is difficult to rate as I was very unhappy with the online booking as encountered a problem with the payment which resulted in my credit card being frozen which I then had to sort out. I have never had that difficulty before and my company identified the problem as with your service. However, I was very happy with the telephone response from customer services. Tony responded to my phone message, left a voicemail message and when we did speak, she resolved the issue promptly. She was helpful and very pleasant to deal with.”
