“CHB were kind enough to permit extensions to the deadline to allow for illnesses. However, as a solo traveller, it was impossible to find out the final price from the website at the enquiry level until the booking was commenced. This is despite entering "1 Adult" in the enquiry. I decided where and when l wanted to go and then it was suddenly twice the quoted price. Massively disappointed at bit being able to go where l had carefully selected after several hours trawling the myriad options.”

“Simple booking process. I hadn’t received an email confirmation so was a little worried, but a lovely lady called the following morning to say they’d had a bounce back and I had input my email address wrong! All sorted straight away. Great service!”
