“The list of so called luxury venues a lot if them have some very poor ratings - you need to remove the title luxury breaks as it is misleading and reflects poorly on your company”

Dear Mr Halpin Thank you for your feedback, but we're very disappointed to receive a one star review. We feature a variety of hotels on our website, and of course, luxury can mean different things to different people. However, we personally visit all the hotels on our site, and all of them offer comfortable rooms, good dining, and the kind of facilities you would expect for the type of hotel (from charming country inns to grand country houses), at the very least. You can read real, uncensored, honest customer reviews on our website, and if any hotel falls below our standards, we investigate, counsel the hotel, and remove if absolutely necessary. “The whole booking process was easy to browse different areas of the UK and subsequently was easy to book. The only thing that was a bit confusing was that it took quite a while to actually confirm my booking. Apart from that I found it easy to browse and book.”
