“The staff at Country hotel breaks were very helpful. However the “5 or 6” steps into the restaurant are 15 steps up a steep incline!! Whilst a buggy can be called for, communication is v poor at the hotel. They suffered a big power cut last night so it’s no tv for 2 days and nights- no-one informing us of this either.”

“All went smotholy and I even checked out the authencity of the site by phoning the number and talked with the receptionist who reassured me of this. Contacted by the hotel to say that our booking had been accepted. Also, warning us that the Lounge carpet was being replaced on the first two days of our stay. Was this a problem? Nice to be forewarned and asked.”

“Unable to pay online so I contacted your team. The lady who helped me was pleasant and listened to what I had to say. She made a number of useful suggestions. The problem was eventually resolved.”

“Contacted Country Hotels to confirm a booking at The Quay Deganwy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My booking was taken with no fuss and an e mail confirmation was received within a few minutes. A few minutes later I decided to upgrade our room. I contacted Country Hotel Breaks again and the staff sorted it for me with no fuss. All confirmed a few moments later. Brilliant Thank You.”

“I found it easy to view hotels and dates etc however I was unable to access the extra filters on the mobile site which allowed a search for 1 adult and 1 child. I am also confused how the dinner for two allowance for £50 works as nothing has been mentioned since booking. The laptop site is very good and easy to use. One thing I would like to add is I sent two emails a fortnight ago from my works email asking if children are allowed and I never received a response. I emailed two separate addresses and it’s disappointing to not even get a reply”
