“Have had a few with you. Little surprised that via CBs you ask for full payment, yet via hotel direct they ask for a deposit leaving it in your hands should a problem arise with your attendance. Quality of your hotels first class but so they should be to match the prices. Able to tie a 3 night stay in with a gift voucher for 1 day. Veronica on reception most helpful in offering advice your directional advice top class”

“Wasn't aware that the booking wasn't instant but this wasn't an issue. The team dealt with my booking for a stay the next day incredibly quickly and got me a room where I needed to be. Super efficient, friendly and professional. Thank you!”

“CHB were kind enough to permit extensions to the deadline to allow for illnesses. However, as a solo traveller, it was impossible to find out the final price from the website at the enquiry level until the booking was commenced. This is despite entering "1 Adult" in the enquiry. I decided where and when l wanted to go and then it was suddenly twice the quoted price. Massively disappointed at bit being able to go where l had carefully selected after several hours trawling the myriad options.”
