“Browsed at the various hotels in the area we were wanting to visit and then booked online, very easy, didn’t need to telephone the office at all. Very straightforward and easy. All done from the comfort of the settee at home. Confirmation received with8n a short space of time. Perfect.”

“Very difficult website! My husband tried to book and the site just wasn’t allowing him to book so I tried on my iPad under my name (as opposed to his) and eventually it accepted the booking at the third attempt. We regularly book hotels, cars, flights etc through websites so are fairly adept but your site was shocking!”

We were not aware of any issues preventing you making a booking, however we are pleased to hear that you managed to complete your booking. We do have a team of agents available on the phones every from 9am - 7pm who will be more than happy to assist and even process the booking for you. “Was very easy to book this hotel and cannot wait to go there today, the only issue I’ve had is I cannot get hold of anyone to book my parking, the number just rings, which is very annoying. There should be an option on the web site when you’re booking the hotel to book you’re car park space as well. This would make life a lot easier.”
