“I made a booking recently and the comprehensive explanatory voucher arrived quickly containing an error over the date of the stay. I emailed to point out the error and received an immediate efficient and charming response from Sophia on behalf of the company with an amended voucher. Excellent service in my opinion”

“I love Country Hotel Breaks and have used the site many times - the price is always competitive and the offer is usually the best to be found with extras such as a bottle of champagne. On the rare occassion I had to cancel they stepped up and no quibble cancellation was made easily. They are my go to without a doubt.”
