“The boooking site had a good display of offers availble, it was easy to make a choice and pay, a confirmation email was received within 12 hours ( I had booked late at night so was not expecting an immediate reply).”

“Booking our chosen hotel via this website was easy. I only had one problem in that I wanted to book 2 rooms, 1 with disabled access and 1 without. I couldn't do this all on a single booking so had to book the rooms separately i.e. 2 individual bookings. It would have been better if I could have put all the requirements on one booking. However, all the information I needed for choosing and booking our chosen hotel was available.”
