“This website is among the very best I have used when booking holidays/family activities. It is very easy to navigate and provides comprehensive details of all the hotels in the group. Similarly booking a stay in any of the venus is both easy to do and comprehensive. Once booked the follow-up email arrives within minutes. Very good!!!!”

“Online booking straight forward however you should make clear that unless you’re prepared to pay for menu supplements there is very little choice on the menu. 4 from 7 main course items had a supplement. Frankly this feels a bit of a rip off. If you had been up front about this I wouldn’t be complaining and would accept the terms”

“Had a very pleasant stay. Just wanted a bar meal one night but very disappointed with the choice - burger or pizza?? This could do with an overhaul. This is kid's food not adult fare. Otherwise all well - staff very well trained and incredibly welcoming and friendly.”

“Amazing offers and easy to make the booking, but it would be great if the site was a little more user friendly to make it easier to find hotels. The map doesn’t really work when you’re trying to look at locations. When you zoom it it just zooms back out again and it’s pretty impossible to use. It would also be great if when you clicked on a hotel then went back, it took you to where you were in the list again rather than throwing you back up to the top. Having an option to like/favourite hotels or add them to a list would also help to keep track of the ones you like”

“I was making a booking for 3 people sharing a room, mid week. There was a special offer based upon 2 sharing a room which we were eligible to make use of however, the booking form was not able to show this clearly and showed a booking for a double for 2 adults, the third adult was tacked on to the end of the booking form shown as an extra with B&B accomodation. The chat assistance was very useful but it is disconcerting to have a booking form that shows the booking as for 2 adults at the top. The chat and email assistance assures me there will be a single bed provided for the third person, but again there is no reference to this on the booking form.”
