“Basic hotel information on initial search could be better especially about amenities like having a lift or not. It was only through reading a review that we found at least one hotel doesn't have a lift.”

“the booking process was reasonably straight forward and the website seemed reasonably quick however it would be nice if there was an overall map of all the properties so you could easily see where they are without having to go into each property seperately. Also with a link to the properties from the map. This would make the process 5 star if it worked well.”

“We had a lovely room, friendly staff a d there were food options which were more interesting although more tradition things if that was what you wanted. There were leafy grounds to sit in or look out on if it was raining! Would definitely stay there again.”

“There are some nice hotels to book. I was gifted the country getaway voucher. The website isn't super easy to navigate to find out which hotels are for that category and the availability of hotels within that category is fairly limited.”

“Although I had to call twice with specific room request, the operator who eventually dealt with the request was very thorough and the matter was resolved within 24 hours.”

“Very easy process and would have been a 5 except it was indicated I could part pay using a love 2 shop card but then for some reason I couldn't. This needs to work better and be clearer if Love 2 shop cannot be used. Perhaps include this in the app testing next time?”

“I never expected to have to wait up to 24 hours for confirmation and being made aware I should have to phone hotel to make sure my dinner was booked. We stay at many hotels and usually it is instant confirmation. N Mcintyre”
