“Very quick confirmation and easy booking system. However there was very little detail of such things as spa treatments or restaurant time etc so we had to ring the hotel after the booking was made.”

“Excellent website which I have used before…until I tried to pay, then it kept offering me credit/debit card numbers which I no longer use and I was unable to use my new card as there was no opportunity to put it in as I had an existing account. Eventually I rang the website telephone number and was able to make my booking quickly with the help of the excellent Julie.”

“Recently found this website, which had a few different hotels I'd not heard of. Was very good and confirmation was very quick. The only thing I didn't realise was that there was a charge of £10 booking fee (maybe I didn't read the small print!).”
