I was making a booking for 3 people sharing a room, mid week. There was a special offer based upon 2 sharing a room which we were eligible to make use of however, the booking form was not able to show this clearly and showed a booking for a double for 2 adults, the third adult was tacked on to the end of the booking form shown as an extra with B&B accomodation. The chat assistance was very useful but it is disconcerting to have a booking form that shows the booking as for 2 adults at the top. The chat and email assistance assures me there will be a single bed provided for the third person, but again there is no reference to this on the booking form.
