“Difficult website you can choose the area you want but theres a lot of cross over with hotels in more than one group. Often when you went back on the stite it remover your filters eg. Dates so you had to keep re entering info. Not all the deals are actually 'deals' one hotel i looked at if you took the meal allowence and the welcome drink it was actually cheaper direct with the hotel, the only benift you were getting was late checkout at 12.00 but normal checkout was 11.00 so no real benifit.”

“My hotel allowed me to book a room however turned out that room was unavailable. Country hotel breaks called me and arranged for another room promptly. I had to pay extra for the upgraded room which was disappointing however nothing to do with CHB and I was called back I immediately. Happy with service”

“It was very easy to make a booking through the Country Hotel Breaks website. I did use their on-line chat as well to make some dinner reservations at the hotel, this was handled very efficiently, it definitely was a real person I was chatting with and not a BOT. Made all the difference.”
