“The booking service experience was on the whole very good, although it took a little while to find my way around the website and to distinguish clearly between the types of room and the packages on offer. But once I grasped it, the experience was the best I've had pretty much anywhere so far with the whole thing sorted swiftly and my subsequent slightly clueless email queries were answered in less than two hours.”

“Easy to book and good choice of country hotel breaks. On booking I made a request for a twin-bedded room and was called the following day by one of the team to apologise that the hotel was unable to offer us a twin which was fine.”

Thanks for your 3 star review. We carefully select our hotels, the majority of which are independently owned and managed, and develop packages which deliver great value for customers. Some hotels choose not to be star rated, which is their choice, although we still inspect them to make sure they are up to standard to be part of our portfolio.
