Dear Mr Thompson It is very disappointing to receive a 1 star review. As far as I can see we have done absolutely nothing wrong. You made a request booking on the 23rd July at 19.41 via our online booking system. Our offices close at 18.00 on a Sunday, and for this reason your email you sent at 21.07 was picked up the next morning. We were not slow to respond, the offices were closed and your email picked up once we reopened the next morning. By this time your booking had been confirmed by the hotel and confirmation sent to you automatically at 23.01. Kind regards, Country Hotel Breaks

“Country Hotel Breaks have an easy to navigate website and a very extensive variety of hotels throughout the UK. We were given a voucher to celebrate a significant birthday. The selection process was easy because it is possible to search for hotels within geographically defined regions. Hotel features and facilities are comprehensively described. Making a booking was simple and the system clearly shows the total price for the options selected compared with your gift voucher value. We are now looking forward to our two day break in The Cotswolds.”
