“I contacted using the phone number on info. A really lovely young lady assisted me with my booking as I had a gift voucher ( from our children) and was unsure how to book on line with it. She was wonderful, really helpful, polite and friendly and sorted my booking very quickly. Looking forward to our stay”

“There was a delay with the hotel confirming our reservation and Paula was so helpful in getting the problem sorted. She telephoned us twice to update us on the matter and then again to confirm that everything was now sorted. Her help was very much appreciated”

“We recieved a voucher as a present for a 1 night luxury stay with dinner, bed and breakfast. However, when selecting a hotel after putting in our voucher code there was only a selection of 18 hotels to select from most of which were at least a 4 hour drive for us which we felt was too far for a 1 night stay. We ended up booking a pub/Inn which would not have been our usual choice of overnight stay.”
