“Very grateful for all the help I received when having a problem using a voucher. I realised after I'd emailed customer services that it was completely my fault for trying to use a voucher before it's valid from date. Your customer service team very kindly arranged to change the start date to enable me to complete my booking. The website was very user friendly and I found the filters very helpful in finding the hotel we wanted. Thoroughly recommend booking a Country Hotel Break.”

“Booked a three night hotel break for my wife and I with vouchers received for our 70th birthdays respectively. There is a good selection and cross section of hotels to choose from and I found the deals to be competitively priced with excellent choice of inclusive features. Website is easy to navigate.”
