“Easy to book but we are still waiting for confirmation of our dates, we had a call from you to advise that our first dates were not available so we selected later dates but still pending confirmation, we assume that there is availability but until you confirm can't be sure, apart from that your website is very friendly”

“I had numerous emails from the company when the date I wanted was not available. Staff members offered other options. I managed another booking and paid in full for that booking. Then 2 days later had a second payment of $600+ taken/removed from my account...I have emailed regarding this error, am still waiting for your response. Look forward to hearing from you please”
