“After having a bit of a problem with the online booking procedure, the person I contacted by phone to help me was fantastic!! Was very pleasant, spoke clearly and resolved the situation very quickly!! Excellent customer service I thought!! Thank you!!”

“I was having trouble finding a suitable hotel in the area I wanted - we had a gift voucher to use. I spoke to a very helpful staff member called Linda - she suggested suitable hotels and we finally found one which she booked for us. Confirmation email with all necessary details was sent through promptly. Many thanks.”

“We made a booking and waited three weeks, only to be informed that it was no longer available. This left us with no suitable alternatives in the area we are travelling to, creating significant inconvenience at short notice. Despite having taken our payment, the company has neither delivered the service nor issued a refund. Communication and customer service throughout have been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before booking with this provider.”

“Upon arrival we were impressed with the facilities on site. However our stay was a gift for my 40th birthday so we had a packagae with prosecco in the room and dinner included. The prosecco wasnt in the room (not a big deal) it was brought to us at dinner time - it was supposed to be a £30 bottle, the one put on our table wasnt prossecco and cost £3.49 online!. The duty manager noticed us picking up and laughing at it - he then brought us the correct bottle (i wonder how many people wouldnt notice this?!). After dinner we were given the bill for food (it was supposed to be included, so we asked for the bill to be changed which it was. The hotel itself was dirty and dusty, my partner even wrote his name in the dust in the cupboard and "clean me" on the headboard it was that thick. Again more of an irritation. Our package also included a late check out of 12.30, but we had a knock on the door from house keeping at 9.30 who said she wasnt told and it wasnt on her notes. The two stars are mainly for the pool and the crazy golf onsite (at an extra cost of£20). The food was ok. Overall not a terible experience but communication between departments and some cleaning would have made it much better.”

“Initially I honestly hated the app. The link I was given didn't work. I emailed and got another link, this let me in but the cost after using it was more than it would cost on-line. I tried again later and got straight in and booked the hotel we wanted. Don't know if it was the app or me to be honest. The staff were helpful when I was having the isdues, so thank you.”
