“After booking I shortly realised I had put in the wrong date. I emailed the customer service then noticed I could change the date online- which I did. I got an email from customer services saying they had noted I had changed the date myself and was I happy with it. I also had a nice follow up email from them.”

“Very efficient service for a last minute booking, the site did state the balance would not be taken until the reservation had been confirmed however it was taken immediately several hours before it was confirmed however it was confirmed and this may have been because the booking was for the nect day. We will be using this site in the future.”

“Filtered dog friendly hotels chose one but had to call a central number who called the hotel and then called me back, tbe room I wanted wasn’t available as dog friendly even though the filter said it was?? Bizarre”
