Trading grain and milling flour in the heart of the Cotswolds since the 1800s. “The flours have all given excellent bread consistency. The Cotswold Crunch is just the right amount of granary taste without being too harsh for my digestion. It works well with my Panasonic breadmaker granary bread recipe. I'm looking forward to having the time to hand make some more 'artisan' breads usnig their flours”
