“I bought 5 bags of the ancient Cotswold crunch to make a quick bread using live yoghurt, salt, bicarb. The crunch on the crust is fantastic as bread or as toast. It’s a great nutty flavour and surprisingly light. Would recommend this flour. Speedy service and well packed.”

“Have been using Churchill for sourdough for quite some time now and have always had good results. I have bought a mixture of different flours to try and I have been very happy with the quality and finished products. I will only be buying all my flour from Cotswold flour.”

“My sourdough journey has turned a corner due to Cotswold flour Churchill white, as recommended and used by Elaine Boddy. It really is down to the quality and flour you use. From mixing through proving I got the perfect bounce and tension. And the bake! Wow. Delivery was spot on and track able. Fantastic prices and cheaper the more you buy. 10/10 Cotswold Flour👌”

“They provide a great range of flours. I was introduced to them via a Christmas gift to complement my newly purchased breadmaker. Having tried a few I can highly recommend the Cotswold Crunch and the Wychwood oat blend - both making unerringly good, tasty loaves. Having exhausted my Christmas gift, I have purchased more from their website. Easy to use and a quick, well-packaged delivery.”
