Excellent results from this flour. I’ve used both plain and self raising and I will not get them from anywhere else now. I have had a real issue with freshly bought packets having flour mites in them. No issues with Cotswold flour.

I've been using Cotswold Wholegrain spelt flour along with Cotswold white spelt flour for several years now to make my loaves using the traditional method with an industrial style tin and no bread maker involved. Each time it produces a perfect loaf of bread. Takes about 3 hours per loaf but well worth it. Tried another brand of spelt flour that is sold in major supermarkets prior to trying Cotswold and there is just no comparison. Even our ' local ' flour mill in Norfolk doesn't produce spelt to the same quality as Cotswold Flour Mills.

Consistently great quality flour, always successful in bakes. My only grumble is it encourages me to eat way too much bread, because it tastes so good.

Excellent service, delivery and good quality organic flour that makes very decent, tasty sourdough bread, even if you're no expert !

I have been a customer for some time now as a result of Matthews Cotswolds Flour having been reccomended to me. In my opinion Canadian Great White Flour has been unsurpassable in quality, and the loaves and rolls made from it have been simply wonderful. Just as my family.

I have used various brands of flour for breadmaking but have settled on the one most suited to my requirements, which is Churchill, and always have good results wih it. It has been easier since home deliveries have been possible, and the service has been excellent

My second delivery of this flour! X5 of the strong white and x5 of the eight grain flour. I am slowly learning to make bread and sourdough bread in a “cold” :,( kitchen. I can’t fault this company’s products. They keep me in touch with every part of my purchase, from check out to delivery. Even my delivery driver is wonderful and an asset to his company. My favourite flour so far is the eight grain as I love the texture and taste of seeded/grain bread. The taste is wonderful. Sooo much nicer than the nasty supermarket processed no salt bread. I know what I’m putting in to my bread and sourdough now so it’s got to be healthier for me. My family love it too so that is a bonus! There is no waste when so bake bread. I don’t think you will be disappointed with this flour. It is top notch. This is my honest opinion. Nobody has paid me to do this review. I will be ordering again when I need more. Thank you so much Cotswold flour Vx

I only use MC flour now and I don't bother with the supermarket flour. The taste and the results are always great and I'm really pleased with it. I have also followed the advice on sourdough making given on the website and I've been thrilled with the results. I'm very happy I have found this family owned little gem.

Having tried several flours when I began making sourdough, I found that Churchill flour gave me the best loaves. There is a high protein content which I believe is crucial. Then I discovered that it was 100% British which was an added bonus! I feel I am doing my it for British farmers. I love the fact that it is a traditional company that has been in existence for decades and family-run. As I make a lot of bread as a fundraiser for my local school ( I have a lot of regular customers in the village), I was delighted to receive a monthly discount code.
