Order arrived as promised in secure packaging. First loaf(ves) was 60% Belle Blanc /40% stone ground Wholemeal, 70% hydration. It can be a difficult sticky mix at best of times and unfortunately I only had slightly out of date dried active yeast available. However the quality of the flour came to my rescue and in spite of my worries, the bread proved well, and the bake produced probably the best wholemeal loaf I've produced. Will slip in a bit of Spelt flour next time. I've now got some in date yeast and look forward to even better results. I will definitely order from Cotswold Flour again. I highly recommend their Flours and Customer Service.

Hi, I am very happy with emmer and einkorn flours, they taste really good, make soft dough as specially I cook in piping hot water, i add thyme seeds and pink himalayan salt, eat with daal and veg mix. yummy .... thanku

I am an extremely satisfied customer of Matthews Cotswold Four. The range offered and the explanations of each flour is excellent. The speed of their delivery and the accessibility of their customer support and follow up is also really professional and competent. I could not recommend Cotswold Flour highly enough. I will never use flour from any other company!

I use Matthews Stoneground Wholemeal flour to make all the bread we use. I make seeded wholemeal "windmill" loaves, sourdough 2lb loaves and foccacia. This stoneground flour makes wonderful bread - far superior bread to ordinary wholemeal - I wouldn't use anything else.
