Trading grain and milling flour in the heart of the Cotswolds since the 1800s. Now Cotswold Flour stands at the forefront of organic farming and innovating with new lines from regenerative agriculture today.

“Beautiful flour. I've made my own bread for the last 20years and havn't found a better flour, infact I've given up looking. Resently, my daughter also started using your flour and won't use any other. (just like her old Mum!)”

“The flours that I have used have produced good tasting bread but I've not been confident of using them as 100% of the flour ingredientwhen using my bread maker. So I have combined them with other flours that are stated by their supplieers as suitable for the machines. Please will you specify CLEARLY on the flour bags and on the shop front website from where I select my flour, which ones are usable in bread making machines. My son hand makes his breads and uses your flours which bake into delicious loaves and pizza bases.”

“Now into my third order from Cotswold flours having tried various different flours for making bread. Have to say Cotswold Crunch is our favourite and makes a superb loaf every single time. Clearly a quality flour. Highly recommend Cotswold flours for the quality and service when ordering. Flour always arrives superbly packed and with their own couriers which makes a big difference.”
