“Lovely flour. I make my sourdough bread with this. The wholemeal was recommended by a lady who has done quite a bit of sourdough baking and said it was the best she'd used. It's certainly tasty and works well in my bread.”

“I have tried lots of different flours when making my Sourdough loaves and the Churchill White Cotswold flour out-performs all the others by a mile. I had to travel a longer way than my local shops to buy it so decided buying it direct online. The delivery company caused so many problems but in every instance the company themselves responded so quickly and effectively that it was a pleasure to do business with them. I highly recommend them.”
