Buy all our flour from Matthews. Mostly Canadian strong white & Cotswold crunch. Both high quality flours. The Canadian brilliant bread and good for just about everything.

We have been using both the wholemeal and light spelt in our breadmaker for sometime now. The results are always excellent, great tasting bread which we find easier to digest and much healthier than shop bought. We will continue to use Matthew Cotswold spelt as both the bread and service we receive are exceptional.

Fantastic high quality flour that makes the best bread in our bread machine. We don’t use anything else. Eight Grain and Cotswold Crunch are particular favourites.

You can't go wrong if you use this flour it's great also we're can you get organic flour as good as this.

Excellently packaged. Fresh product. Impressed with both the white spelt and the spelt and rye. Will be ordering more when I have used these, maybe trying something different as well.

Delicious bread. I prove slowly overnight and this worked fine with the eight grain flour. Tasty and kinder on the body

Love this place. Sometimes have to wait a while for stock so would recommend buying in bulk which also keeps delivery costs down.

I am a happy returning customer. I have been using Cotswold flour for nearly five years now and have been very happy with all the flours that I have tried. I use mainly stongeground wholemeal flour (organic if I can get it) for bread making, both machine and Sourdough. I also regularly use organic strong white and dark rye flour. I have tried other speciality flours, mainly the bread varieties for machine baking and have been pleased with the results. I am also pleased that I have been able to purchase flour from ancient grain varieties, mainly individually but sometimes mixed.

Makes the tastiest bread ever! Delivery was prompt and I was kept well informed by courier of dates. Flour was well packaged. I gave a bag of Cotswold Crunch to my friend who has now ordered some for herself. She bakes from scratch whereas ì use a bread machine. . Cotswold cruch makes a malty slightly crunchy loaf My only problem is to stop eating it!!

A great supplier of British flour,milled in the UK & grown in the UK, can't get better than that. There are plenty of different types of flour for all your baking needs whether it's bread or pizza or cake. Would recommend as a supplier of all thinks baking.

I have been using the flour produced by the Mathews Cotswold company for a good few years now, and can say that without doubt, that the quality of their flour is superb, and also educational. The many different types of flour, and the different breads that I have been able to make, have been an real eye opener for me. Their provision of recipes for all of those various breads, have helped enormously. Many, many thanks to the Mathews family, and their staff, for their dedication to a top quality product, that I will never stop buying

I absolutely love buying my flour from Cotswold flour, great customer service and the product range is fantastic!! And this is the easiest review page that I have used from any company!!!It's great being able to review all items in one place and not have to do separate ones!!
