“Very happy finding out about the product and personalising the handle, found myself actually getting excited about a razor??. This was also accelerated with the emails.. It did arrive after a few days, however it was thrown over our rear gate onto the lawn?, good job it hadn't rained. Not sure why currier did not ask a neighbour to store etc, luckily the box wasn't damaged but reluctant to re-order if this is the delivery service being provided.”

I'm very sorry that your parcel was delivered in such manner, Lee. I can assure you that this is not common practice, and I do hope that you remain a Cornerstone member. I will certainly pass your experience onto the Operations team also, so that this can be investigated.

“The shave was very good, and was Impressed with the products in the box, however the face wash had opened in the box meaning I had give everything a good swill of in the sink before I could use any of it. However other than that I found all products very good and better than the high street shop items I had been using previously”

Hi Keith, thanks so much for your review. Some members reported the shave improved after a few uses, as they became more familiar with our razor. Our blades are angled differently from most competitors so it may take a little getting used to. “Good blades, nice and sharp and very consistent unlike some others. Shave cream is great; thick and very smooth. Just tried moisturiser, which is awful - smells of cheap aftershave and stings!”

Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. It's great to hear that you're pleased with the shave! Sorry that the moisturiser wasn't a winner though. Our skincare products are designed with sensitive skin in mind so it's a bit puzzling to hear that it stings - I hope it wasn't too bad. “The shave balm is excellent and although the shaver is better than Harry’s I rate Gillette Mach 3 is superior to both. Derek Chambers New subscriber”

“The value of the razor is good, with the Egg10 discount. For this I am happy. However, the quality of the shave is not as good as I was hoping. Nice handle, sure, but the head was not nearly as good as other razors.”

“Product itself is very good but delivery time and service responses were poor. I understand deliveries may be delayed over busy periods butt to be specifically sent a delivery date, which was missed, to then be told after I had chased it myself it hasn't even be sent yet due to 'an unexpected amount of orders' was very poor. How many orders can be taken be taken to delay dispatch by 5 days? Should have been kept informed without having to chase myself.”

“I like the blades but the shaving cream and post shave balm are rubbish. I prefer others. But the blades are superb and the regularity and ease of delivery is spot on. All in all a very good Company.”

“Recently signed up to Cornerstone to sample the product and today used the razor for the first time. Pros - Good quick service and product arrived in a couple of days. Solid feel to handle and comfortable to hold Negatives - I felt it didn't give me a close a shave as my Wilkinson Sword and had to over the same area a few time to get a clean shave - About of hours after using my face genuinely feels like it is on fire and an almighty rash has developed (could be due to having shaved the same area more than a few times) Overall good service, good quality design, blades not overly sure about, maybe with a bit of luck a Wilkinson Sword blade may fit the handle.”

“I'm afraid that I'm not getting on with my razor so well. A big improvement on the original design but the razor handle slips in your fingers when shaving. It needs grips adding.”

Thanks so much for your feedback Joe. It's definitely a shame to hear that you're not getting on so well with our new handle. We do advise our members to ensure that their hands are totally dry before proceeding to shave; I'm very sorry if this is already a part of your routine. We are however always looking at new ways to further develop our handle, so do keep your eyes peeled :-)
