“The blades are great, but too expensive. The razor handle is the worst design ever - it has no grip at all so when wet, as it tends to get when shaving, it slips out of your hand. I commented on this when I first got the handle several years ago, and now my handle has broken and I went to replace it, presuming they would have improved the design, it seems it is still as bad as it was at the start, so I have no choice but to cancel my subscription. They clearly know it is a problem as it is one of the reasons you can select when you cancel the subscription. Maybe someone's ego is too big to admit they got it wrong and do something about it?”
