“I bough the Shave Cream, Pre Wash Scrub and After Shave Moisturiser. the scrub is good, but does lack a fragrance. The moisturiser is fantastic. I love it. Whist better than the Cornerstone shaving gel, that does not lather, it's not fantastic. The lather is short lived and is absorbed quickly. Also the smell isn't great. It has very subtle hints of my wives hair removal cream. I would prefer a similar sent to the moisturiser. I can not fault the company and service. Any problems I have had in the past have been very quickly dealt with. Top company with good products.”

“Delivery fast , products are just bundled into a thin box not like a gift pack or anything of the like. Shave gel is ok I say this as I got nicked on my first shave which was disappointing. The post balm is nice and makes skin feel pretty smooth. So overall pretty ok maybe Harry’s a bit better tbh”

“It is a dilemma because the products are good but twice the price in some cases compared to rivals. Blades are great but you can buy twice as many Gillette Mach3 so that’s a big issue. Service is great too so leaves price as the only fair comparison.”

“Although the cream is smooth I found it dried my skin out despite using your after shave cream. Also it left a soapy scum on the sink and on my razor which was hard to remove. I wouldn’t use it again. Your shaving gel is great.”

“I don’t think the razors blade plastic holding component is as well made as before I have cut my self a number of times with the new 6 pack. Have you changed suppliers??”

“The heads don’t fit secure enough where you can shake the Oral B handle Andy he head moves have even come off on a couple of occasions. They are ok though hence the 3 and will continue to use but need to be a better fit.”

“Package arrived containing all items ordered. You had already advised me that the shave cream would arrive in two smaller tubes rather than the one larger size preferred. Unfortunately one of the tubes had opened and it's contents had spread around the box. Spent time wiping down the contents, but the one opened tube was not usable due to being contaminated by being open. Otherwise everything else seems fine.”

“Despite taking 3 attempts to finally pay for items customer care did at least take the time and trouble to try and resolve the issue. Order came through as expected in 2 packs, but either Royal Mail or someone at Cornerstone didn't put my Safe Space on the instructions so had to get in touch with Royal Mail to redeliver my second parcel as of course it was delivered when we were out!”

“Swift delivery, but a lot of packaging for today's recycling aware market. The razor handle has a good weight and the lubricating strip on the blades themselves is lasting longer than on Gillette blades. Describing the shaving cream as 'foaming' is misleading however; it's definitely a cream and not a foam. Balm is OK but the sensitive variety is very minty; smells like you're putting toothpaste on your face to begin with, but the smell soon fades. Balm is non-greasy which is good.”

Though we don't have alternatives to our balm, we do stock a shave gel as an alternative to our cream, if you decide to order more in future. Thanks again for your feedback!

“Maybe it is just me but I don't seem to be getting a smooth a shave as I thought I would be, will persevere and see if it improves.”

Some other members with similar feedback found that their experience improved after a few more tries, once they had gotten used to the different angle of our blades.
