“Since the new blades have been introduced I have been slightly disappointed with them on two points. 1. when using a new blade for the first time the blade seems to drag across my skin. 2. I find it difficult to change the blade directly from the container to the razor handle, I much preferred the previous blade and handle.”

“Amazing service and great products. Really lovely quality and build. Lots of loyalty rewards and free try-outs for products you may not buy first time. I can honestly say I now only use Cornerstone for ALL my shaving products (shave cream, razors, aftershave balm). Best shaving product I have EVER used and affordable, approachable and great customer service! Thanks Cornerstone!”

“I am a new customer, who until recently was using Wilkinson Swords and before that, Gillette. The razor, scrub, gel and balm are superb and I have to say it's the best shaving experience I've ever had. Just one small point, the razor head itself doesn't seem to pivot as well as I think it should so around the jaw line i have to go over it again but it's still the smoothest shave ever. Keep up the good work Thanks”

“I had cancelled my order with this company and they seemed to understand, however several months later more money was taken off my account. There is no phone number to contact the company. This is really silly to think that everyone has a computer, and iPad or a tablet and to do everything by computer. It might seem old fashioned to ask for a simple phone number, but that's how to get things done. As a result of this situation I will never order items from a company that has no phone number and no address.”

I'm so sorry to hear about that - it does sound very unusual that your account has been billed while cancelled so if you haven't already, please contact our care team about this and they'll do everything they can to resolve this for you. Unfortunately, we are quite a small team still and don't have the capacity to have a phone line, much as we'd like to. They can however be reached by email at help@cornerstone.co.uk and will respond to your message as quickly as possible.

“The shaving products themselves are superb and, unlike my experience with Gillette razors that I had used for years before discovering Cornerstone, they very rarely leave me with any nicks or cuts. My only complaint is that the box does not, contrary to their claims, fit through most letterboxes. The box is larger than it needs to be and could be reduced in size with some better design. As a result I usually have to go and collect my parcel from the local Royal Mail sorting office.”

“First shave today it was fabulous. Everything was nearly perfect the blade the gel and the balm were simply wonderful. The razor was weighty and well balanced but the handle was slippery in wet hands. A small point but it could be changed. However I am a convert! Thank you.”

“The products are really good, in general the service is great. There is only one niggle and that's that the box is just a few mm to tall and a few mm to wife to go through my letterbox! Then j have to do a 15 mile round trip out of my way to get to the sorting office. However the sorting office have now promised to pop it in my safe place- fingers crossed”

“Cornerstone as a company have treated me to a quality product and outstanding value. Their correspondence either through email or social media had been professional yet refreshingly fun and warm. The lovely Lucy kept me informed at every step during the first couple of days and I would like to thank her especially. “I have given it 3 months trial but the new blades/ handle design are far inferior. I didn't realise how much so until I tried an older design blade this morning which was so much better in every way. Please reverse this change or offer the option of the older type. I have cancelled my subscription for now. Sorry.”

“The razor and blades are good. Its convenient to have the blades appear regularly in the post .....but....there's always a but.....I don't need the promotional material that comes with the blades. It just makes the package bigger and it won't fit in my mailbox so I have to go and accept delivery from the postman - when I'm home. If I'm away I have to collect them from the post office or from a neighbour. It would be better if the blades arrived in a blade sized box (I've checked and it would fit my mailbox) and it might save Cornerstone some money on packaging and postage?”
