Very poor best quote was over £800 and elsewhere I paid £471. Will never use this comparison website again.

POINTLESS! You dont ensure vans owned by the business. I am a one man band but my business owns the van. You bombarded me with emails, made me spend ages doing a quote..WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!

Van insurance is a good price but your app on iPhone is rubbish, I had 1 coffee left to claim at Greggs on the rewards but since I brought my new insurance through you my rewards is not working just says reload the app which doesn’t work so I will lose that now as it’s nearly the end of the month , and my new insurance is not even showing up in the app , and when mentioning this to you have to wait 8 working days 😡

I paid a deposit for van insurance & thought the quote was the final price. After speaking to who I thought was the insurance company, I’d made a mistake on one of the questions which increased the price considerably, so said I didn’t want to proceed. I was told because they’d spoken with the insurers I had to pay a £75 admin fee I complained and was told they could charge another £50 for misrepresentation even though it was an innocent mistake. Eventually, they charged me £37.50. I still feel aggrieved as I wouldn’t have paid any deposit had I known the price could change. Will not use the site again. It’s put me off using any comparison isites f they all operate the same way

I was given information that my van insurance was due for renewal taking this information I went ahead and insured the van after I had done this I realised the information was incorrect my vans insurance wasn’t due until November but it was too late to correct the mistake but what I don’t understand is my van is insured by acorninsurance so why did let insure the van I didn’t own.
