As we are a comparison website, we don’t calculate the prices you receive and these are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently.
If you would like to query any of your prices, we would recommend calling the insurer directly and they should be able to explain this to you in more detail.

“Accepted the quote, paid the premium, they issued the documents, then a couple of hours later they decided they didn't insure vans with windows so cancelled the policy, and to add insult they charged me £45 for it.”

“you web site seem to bring in the original number plate of the van when i typed in the new personal plate, that has been on there a year. the only price that was any good was Hastings the others where well over 1700 which is unacceptable, when i tolled Hastings about the different number plate. They said they cant inshore me”
