Accepted the quote, paid the premium, they issued the documents, then a couple of hours later they decided they didn't insure vans with windows so cancelled the policy, and to add insult they charged me £45 for it.

I added convictions then gave me a quote I was happy with and now I have to pay £300 more because the insurance company said I've not put them on fumming

Previously found prices to be competitive, until this year discovered broker not passing on important disclosure I'd made to the insurer. In future I'll be checking every quote for accuracy. I don't want a claim to be refused by insurer for non disclosure.
