“I was given a quote online and when I called, I was given a higher quote which was I could not afford. The next day they emailed me with the initial quote that I could afford. I rang them again and they said they couldn’t give me at that quote and it was still too high. And that was after a very long wait to speak to someone. When I told that gentleman to cancel the emails with a cheaper quote that I could afford, he rudely told me that they was nothing they could do and just hung up the phone without even saying it. I was left talking to myself and I was disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone”

“On line process smooth and logical unlike others. BUT try and talk to a real person is just frustrating. But that is the same everywhere. I rate the on line process as very good but an AI voice with no logic is off putting to say the least. I am still trying to talk to a real person”
