“u drive quoted a price then once I paid they rang to say we didn't give them all the information then instantly gave a ridiculous price! When I told them TO CANCEL they then said they would charge me £100 for cancelling and have to wait 15 to 30 days for a partial refund! These people have lots of Bad reviews and shouldn't be on Confused site!”

“Had a price from your site showing Budget van insurance the cheapest quote.
Went with them to find out once I received the paperwork I was paying over £500 more.
Have email you and contacted Budget insurance on going investigating waiting for a response from yourselfs”
