Our panel of insurance providers automatically generate prices based on the details you entered. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for others with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently.
If a specific insurer is not displayed on your results page - it means the information you input didn't meet the specific underwriting rules of our panel at this time. Essentially, they were not able to offer you a policy based on the details you submitted.

As we are a comparison website, we don’t control the prices you receive and these are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website.
However, as part of our oversight and monitoring of our panel of insurers, we like to ensure our customers are being treated fairly and so we would like to investigate this for you as a matter of priority.
