“Quotes a good price but when you actually go to take out the insurance it's always way more expensive. Was quoted £310 then when I rang to buy it they wanted £385, this was only 10 minutes after the quote but tried to say that it was the up to date price. What could have changed in 10 minutes to justify the extra £75. This happened with about 3 of the companies I tried then gave up and stuck with my current insurer.”
“I took out insurance yesterday 18/06/23 accepted it online then said need to confirm details over phone rang advised long que so requested call back so far that have called back 3 times for less than 1 second not enough time to answer phone I have rung again 4 times today 19/06/23 again long wait times requested 4 call backs so far nothing and I’m still Not insured Not happy at all with service and still getting texts asking me to call them Service is Hopeless when I get through I’m going to totally cancel and get insurance from another provider.”

It gives quotes for insurance, but when I phone the insurance companies they don't want to acknowledge the quote and they increase the price quoted by hundreds of pounds.”
“Chose right sure insurance through confused.com. They shouldn’t offer right sure as they are a rip off company, purchased insurance to commence in 3 weeks time but tried to cancel as I’d made an error and the said they would charge me £90 cancellation fee.
Also I’m changing my vehicle in July so there would be an admin of £90 plus any additional to the policy. I’ll be using the other comparison sites in future. They also under value your vehicle by £1000s compared to others and book price.
Avoid right sure as the have a really bad attitude.”
“I was told I would get a £20 Halfords voucher for taking out the insurance. An email said it was being processed. As no voucher arrived . I clicked reward tracker in the email.to find out they couldn't verify the transaction. This is poor show. I might have to use the fat man with a moustache or the meerkat next time”

“I made the mistake of taking out my insurance with One Call Insurance! BIG MISTAKE! You can’t actually get to speak to anyone, via phone. Only an online chat, which after waiting 20 minutes in a queue, then spent another hour to sort out a refund, as I realised they weren’t the best after all, then they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee for an insurance policy which wasn’t even live for another two weeks! Avoid them at all costs! Shocking customer service!”
