I made the mistake of taking out my insurance with One Call Insurance! BIG MISTAKE! You can’t actually get to speak to anyone, via phone. Only an online chat, which after waiting 20 minutes in a queue, then spent another hour to sort out a refund, as I realised they weren’t the best after all, then they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee for an insurance policy which wasn’t even live for another two weeks! Avoid them at all costs! Shocking customer service!
